Cream Cheese Jalapeno Dip

8 oz Cream Cheese
4.5 oz chopped green chiles
4 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
Jalapeno peppers or green onions, sliced
Tortilla chips

1. Beat first three ingredients in medium bowl until creamy.  Spread in microwave-safe pie plate.
2. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until edges are bubbly and center is hot.
3. Garnish with jalapeno peppers or green onions.  Serve with Tortilla chips.
